Mostly it is not. Two preparations are priced in the open above so you can judge whether we are in your range before you spend a minute applying, and those two figures are the real single-vial price, not a teaser.

The rest of the sheet sits behind an account for two reasons. Published pricing that anyone can scrape gets copied into other people’s quotes, and we would rather it stayed with the buyers it was written for. And because these products are supplied for physicians and clinical use only, we want to know who we are supplying before we quote. Applying takes a minute and we review by hand.

We supply material to licensed practitioners and institutions. We do not practise medicine, do not direct patient care, and take no part in any clinical decision — those decisions, and the responsibility for them, sit with the licensed practitioner, who must satisfy themselves that their intended use is lawful and authorized in their jurisdiction.

Any investigation in human subjects requires an effective Investigational New Drug application under 21 CFR Part 312 together with Institutional Review Board oversight. RediCell does not hold, and does not supply product under, any such application.

We supply what is in the vial and its specification. We do not recommend, design or advise on any protocol. Study design, and the lawful conduct of any work using these products, are the purchaser's responsibility.

No. A request for quote tells us what you are interested in and at what quantities. We reply with a written quotation covering price, lead time and freight. Nothing is committed until that quotation is accepted in writing.

Every shipment includes a packing list identifying the SKUs and lots supplied. Specifications and lot documentation are released on request, to verified people and companies only — that means an approved account, not an anonymous enquiry. Ask for the SKUs you are evaluating before you order.

We issue that documentation to named buyers rather than publishing it. Certificates posted publicly get copied and re-attached to material they have nothing to do with, which devalues them for the people buying. If you need documentation to clear an internal review, ask and we will send it.

Products are cryopreserved and must be transferred to cold storage immediately on receipt, at the temperature stated on the vial and in the lot documentation. Do not allow vials to thaw and refreeze. Storage conditions after delivery are the buyer's responsibility.

Inspect the cooler, the dry ice remaining and the vials on arrival. If the dry ice is exhausted, the container is damaged, or the vials show signs of thaw, photograph the shipment as received and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

If the failure is our fault, we replace the material at our cost. That covers our packing, our labelling, our handling and our scheduling. Keep the material and the packaging until the claim is settled — once it has been used or destroyed there is nothing left to assess.

Domestic overnight shipping runs $250 to $400 per shipment, depending on weight, size and distance. Your request for quote shows that band, and the exact figure is confirmed on the written quotation.

It is charged per shipment, not per vial, so consolidating an order costs no more to send than a single vial. International freight is passed through at cost — we bill you what the carrier bills us, with no handling charge on top. Duties and taxes are excluded.

Most SKUs have no minimum. The exceptions are the secretomes and the mitochondria preparation: secretome SKUs carry a 100-vial minimum per SKU, except the 1 ml vial which is 200, and mitochondria carry a 100-vial minimum. Those five are priced per order rather than off the published sheet, and they are flagged in the range above and on your account.

Four published tiers — 1–10 at list, 11–25 at 10% off, 26–49 at 19% off, and 50 or more at 23% off. Tiers are counted per SKU. Ordering ten vials each of five different SKUs does not reach the 26–49 tier on any of them.

Above 50 vials of a single SKU, call us. The site will still price it at the 50+ tier, because that is the deepest figure we publish, but volume at that level is quoted by hand and the written quotation should come back better than the published floor.

It depends on stock. If the SKU is in stock, it ships within 24 hours of payment — overnight with FedEx, in a cooler with dry ice. If it is not in stock it has to be scheduled against production, and we confirm that date on the quotation rather than publishing a figure that would be wrong as often as it is right.

Yes. International shipments are quoted individually, because import requirements for human-derived biological material vary by destination. Import permits, customs clearance and any local authorization are the buyer's responsibility, and we will tell you what documentation we can provide to support them.
